1. Where are you based?

We are based in San Francisco, California.

2. How does shipping work?

Your order will arrive in 2 weeks on average. Please do not panic if your order does not show up immediately, we value our customers and will do what is right.

We offer an awesome DELIVERY GUARANTEE. Due to COVID-19 Outbreak, our orders may be delayed. We apologize for any inconveniences. Please email support@afkbrand.com if you have any questions or concerns about your order.

3. How do I track my order?

The postal system automatically assigns your order a tracking number once payment is processed. However, tracking may not be available until the factory picks, pack, and ships your order. This may take a few days before you can start tracking your order.

4. Where are the rest of my items?

We strive to provide our customers with excellent value so we are partnered with multiple factories within the US instead of a single mega factory that may not be specialized in the products we sell. Since we ship from factory, your order may be fulfilled by several factories, which means your items may arrive at different times.
